Full Judgement Of Ticketus & CW

Recommended Posts

Where's your evidence? I'm not Murray's biggest fan but I think if he's guilty of anything other than atrocious management it's having too big an ego to admit he had no choice in the matter of selling to Whyte.

You'll notice I said 'I think'. You should try it sometime.

Lloyds wouldn't have had the control it seems they had if not for his business practices.

To get back on track. I am hopeless with these legal/financial things. Can someone tell me succinctly what this means for CW and if there are any implications in this verdict for any former or current officials of the club?

Let's wait a wee while to see how much of this is splashed over the red tops and the airwaves.

I suspect that it will be very little.

If that ends up being the case I really think we should grab the bull by the horns and make it known as widely as possible that we were victims of fraud.

Regan and Doncaster should certainly be asked to comment.

It's a matter of changing public perception. This isn't innuendo. It's legal opinion.

Murray didn't sell us, he sacrificed us.

Diasagree. Think you'll find he was forced into selling us. I wonder if could be the two bhoys who were running LBG's Scottish business division at the time?

MIH had debts of over £700m at the time but they seemed more concerned with Rangers part of that debt which was around £18m - around 3% of the MIH debt.

Wonder why ?
