Steaua Bucharest have signalled their intent to bid for Rangers defender

Dorin Goian in the summer. Goian, currently on loan at Italian Serie B outfit Spezia, played at Steaua for four years before leaving in 2009.

 

Steaua manager Laurentiu Reghecampf said: â??The hope is to bring in more experienced players next season and guys like Goian were part of this club when it was achieving great things.â?

 

Goian, one of the highest earners on the Ibrox wage bill, is likely to be allowed to leave if a firm bid comes in for the Romanian international, who has just over one year left on his contract. (Daily Express)

IMHO, he had a solid first season (given the circumstances) and a rather poor start to his second. Since we've moved on now and look for a fresh start all round, I wouldn't mind if he indeed goes home.

 

Bocanegra would be different though.

What Berliner said. Look the part when he first came but looked out his depth at the start of this season, although he may not have been fit.

 

Would be ok if he came back so long as the 16k a week was reduced.
