The absense of Kris Boyd

Recommended Posts

Last night showed that we were missing a striker who can finish. The amount of chances we had was unbelievable and yet we scored one goal by a right back...

Sebo and Novo do everything but put the ball away. Even if you look at Novo's recent goals, they've all took a deflection to beat the keeper.

We really missed Boyd last night but at least we still did the job.

Can't blame Sebo for the double save the goalie made as that was great keeping from decent shots but he could have finished better with other chances.

If he took the first shot with his left peg he would have burst the net.

Or maybe have hit the corner flag in his case.

Definately missed Boyd for the chances he would've taken, thought it was a piss poor game, but you have to hand it to PLG for resting the players cos if we had got beat then he would have been torn to pieces by the fans and media, job well done IMO.
