That proves that they were in cahoots prior to liquidation. That will be the report that nobody saw except the current Board. We don't even know the terms of reference but there have been suggestions that not everyone cooperated with the investigation. I would guess that they mainly wanted to discover if the Club was vulnerable to any claim by Whyte.
