Wallace's contract signed on the 19th November 2013 also states that should he be voted out by the shareholders at the AGM on December 19th 2013 he would be entitled to receive 6 months salary and benefits receivable within 7 days of him asking for it.

What does that say about the disproportionate motives of GW ?

Given finances and in particular cashflow, what kind of board would give the OK to that ?

Are you not entitled to see them as a shareholder, FS?

In refusing they're suggesting there's something to hide.

There's also the shares and any other sweeteners they got through our books mate.

Doesn't include any off table ones.

You may be on shaky ground with this one. The act is unclear whether you can request past directors' information and as such the club will try and take the normal route of a vast majority of companies and disclose as little as possible and not provide the requested information.
