hes gonna be a first team cocach i think.

 

He left celtic cause after all the years of service he gave them , they never let him step up to the first team

Just saw all this confirmed on the BBC website:

 

"Celtic reserve team coach Kenny McDowell is set for a move to Rangers, BBC Scotland can reveal.

 

McDowell has been credited with producing much of the young talent that has emerged at the Parkhead club in recent years.

 

It is understood that the former St Mirren player will take up a first team coaching role with the Ibrox club.

 

He will be part of a coaching team headed by Walter Smith who will be named Rangers manager this week."

I read in the Daily Rebel that he was never given a contract by C****c even though he won 5 spl reserve titles. He's also supposed to be a lifelong Rangers fan. Seems a bit odd.
