Llambias and Leach will NOT attend EGM

Long as someone chairs the meeting it seems it can go ahead

Who would chair the meeting ? There is no NOMAD and no Directors left. Easdale cant as he isn't a Plc Board member. So who chairs the meeting ?

Company secretary I think.

Which IIRC was/is Matthew Wood (of CMS Advisory Group) but the info no longer appears to be on the RIFC site.

Yes, the Company Secretary would be able to open and chair the meeting. Assuming we still have a Co Secretary :D

Yes, the company secretary could do it or a lawyer.

Technically, if there are no directors present then the meeting itself is empowered to appoint a chairman. I'd guess that whoever turns up on behalf of the directors will ask the meeting to confirm he is chairman of the meeting and then this will allow the meeting to proceed.
