Appears to be a new charge against Craig Whyte: Refusing to give police passwords for 2 mobile phones and a laptop when ordered to do so. The pair are among seven charged with fraud and organised crime relating to the purchase of Rangers in 2012. Mr Whyte, 44, and Mr Green, 62, arrived at the High Court in Edinburgh alongside David Grier, 50, David Whitehouse, 50, and Paul Clark, 51 at around 9.30am today.
