Craig Whyte also accused of fraud against the SFA by not disclosing previous bar on being a company director during "fit and proper" test

And the SFA couldn't have found out about Whyte's directorship ban themselves? Paul Murray seemed to find out easily enough

No he didn't, if he did Whyte would never have darkened the Ibrox front door.

PM did an extensive research into Whyte's business background & as horrified what he found out.

I don't believe for a second his ban wasn't known about.

SFA let a member club down by being so incompetent

I have no love for the SFA Ian but the fault is squarely with David Murray. He let down every Rangers fan, shareholder and business associated with us when he entertained Whyte. Murray and the rest of the Rangers board should have done the digging on that sleazy ratbag.

Had Paul Murray known about Whyte's ban he would have made it public and chased Whyte away.

The Private Investigators report was (most of it) in the Daily Record, there is no mention of his directorship ban contained in it.

The papers concerning the ban were sealed by order of the High court and all public records of it were expunged when the ban was completed. Mark Daly was only able to expose it by introducing the transcript of another court case in which the ban was mentioned. Private Eye had to petition the High Court to get access to the papers which took them months.

You are doing Paul Murray a great disservice by spouting such nonsense.
