I can't recall that's why I asked.

its just something at the back of my mind . Think he said something like the 3 bears between them will put up x amount i will match what they or others put in etc etc could be wrong just thought it might be where wires have been crossed

I recall him saying he'd put in x (x being extremely variable) and the fans etc would have to put in the rest which is sort of back to front of what RF were claiming earlier.

The club turning down a loan from such a large body of fans, concerns me. Even if it is not immediately needed, why not take it for general financing and bring the support closes to the club. Unless they don't want the support closer to the club?

That's kinda my suspicion too - even if it was used for a lick of paint, why not just use it? But I have to confess financials leave me baffed and there's probably 101 reasons why not.
