That's going to include players who've lost their way a bit or are otherwise failing to fulfil their potential. Pena's not a magic bullet but potentially a significantly better player than we might get otherwise. There's some risk of 'culture shock' but plenty of South Americans have settled fine in England or Germany. Counter that with a chance to play at a prestigious club with a huge support and decent facilities, a manager who knows you and putting yourself in the window for English clubs. Limburner's correct to note the potential risks but is refusing to acknowledge the potential benefits. Only ask cause i see mexicans constantly being described as south american (not aimed at you Oleg_Mcnoleg). Have seen it across forums and threads, don't understand it. Its no problem , it wasnt meant as pedantic as it sounds! just seen it a lot lately and was wondering. But it's also quite exciting. If he play's even close to his potential then it'll will have been well worth it.
