The main thing for the journalists and the reason they want to keep it going is it fills newspapers. When Rangers problems fall back to everyday football activities these people will have to get off their backsides again to get real football stories. After 6 years some may find it difficult. After years of stuffing their faces with easy pickings they are now regurgitating the lot hoping to find just one more morsel to keep chewing on.

I agree Pete, however it's now gone far far beyond just news and seling papers, there is now a real bias and agenda at work from these so called Journalists. Hate and partisan support for one team and one team only has surfaced, they couldn't give a monkeys f@ck about their own reputations now, in the case of Tom English, so long as he and others inflict damage on Rangers.

Over the years I've been lucky enough to be involved in a number of corporate deals, some quite significant. Nearly all of these involved highly experienced and competent businessmen and women. It never failed to disappoint me how many times such negotiations became mired in "personal" animosity, to the extent that you became convinced people had lost their minds. It doesn't surprise me what has happened over this EBT issue. Bigotry and irrational principles hold sway and nothing is going to change that.

I wish the reptiles nothing but the most brutal of misfortune and if the occasion should ever demand it I hope Club 1872 make good on their threat/promise.
