I'm under the impression that Dundee was promoted that year and Dunfermline the team going down ... and as they were still in the SPL, they voted as an SPL team. Dundee and Ross County were eventually promoted. But I might be wrong ... Ross County won the league and went up automatically. Dundee were second and went up because of us.
