Is anyone here still willing to defend McLeish?

He was close to being our manager not long ago, which shows how far we have come. And it’s not long ago I was also arguing with people on here who wanted him in charge...mental!

 

5 defeats in 7 for Scotland. That must make him our worst ever manager? Like Ally, the guy just isn’t a manager and should find something else.

I haven't watched Scotland games for over a decade and doubt I ever will again but this is a stupid pointless post on here, go away and slate him on a Scotland forum!

Don't know if he'd want it but I'd ask Steve Clarke to take over.

They'd have been better keeping Strachan in place if they didn't have somebody who looked as though he could improve on what was left, more or less ready to go.

Strachan's current employment status speaks volumes, but he's a better manager than Eck and did achieve some decent results in his time. Strachan is a very limited manager but at least not completely useless.
