Bill 13,717 Posted January 27, 2019 Share Posted January 27, 2019 Where is Willie Collum? It's not long since it seemed we couldn't go two weeks without Willie Collum refereeing a Rangers game. Now it's becoming clear the SFA is deliberately keeping him as far away from Rangers as possible. Which is strange, given how vigorously they absolved him of any blame for the now notorious incident where he, ahem, imagineered the sending off of Daniel Candeias.
