Rangers in talks over Ibrox capacity increase

Recommended Posts

Let’s say 5000 seats at £450 per season ticket = £2250000 per season assuming all are sold (which they probably wouldn’t be). Over ten years that’s over £22m additional income less the initial capital outlay spread over the period and any financing charges applicable. Whether this makes financial sense depends largely on the cost but tbh 5000 seats hardly seems worth it unless it can be done quickly and at reasonable cost.

Would have liked to get first info on this from our homepage ... not least since there are direct quotes from Robertson.

If it were to happen surely this would be time to right the wrong of disabled fans.

Agree with this, it is a perfect opportunity for the club to address this.
