Midweek games.

Sheffield Utd 0-0 Newcastle

Burnley 1-0 Man Utd

Wolves 2-1 Everton

Man City 4-0 Brighton

Aston Villa 1-3 Tottenham

Arsenal 1-1 Crystal Palace

Fulham 1-2 Chelsea

Update. Tottenham 3-0 Fulham.

Cant believe Man Utd could be top tonight but I think they will come up short, Burnley will dig in - they have had a few good results. I thought Dyche had maybe taken them as far as he could but they are picking up.

Sheffield claimed their first league win at last

That puts Steve Bruce under massive pressure.

Man Utd almost over the line and will go top, plus they have Liverpool at the weekend - if they dont lose that then they are fully in the driving seat.

We’ll have to ask all the experts who were writing them off in October. I admit, I agreed with them.

The common denominator in all these television experts is they are mostly failed managers or never managed a team

Interesting the Wolves manager Nuno Santo under pressure for the first time at Wolves. They seem to be in a bit of a struggle yet perhaps over achieved in the past 2 seasons. He is a manager I rate and thought would be a good fit for Arsenal.
