Meanwhile, in the good old effy cup, Brendan City are down 0-2 at home to Blackburn Rovers with half an hour to go. Should have been three.

Brighton have scored a well worked goal

Brendan out of the Cup.

Entertaining but strange match. Two ahead early in the second half Rovers were playing shooting-in, could have got two more then Leicester brought on Iheanacho, scored quickly and had a few chances but didn’t really seem all that bothered.

What the heck’s going on at Chelsea spent plenty but cat buy a win under the previous owner Potter would be long gone plus the Liverpool board must be looking at replacements for Klopp who seems to have lost the plot.

Son for ninety minutes, Richarlison and Moura for seventy each and ‘Arry Kane for twenty couldn’t get the ball past Wes Foderingham. 1-0 Blades.

In fact he hardly had a save to make. These illustrious fellows were no better than Rangers’ forwards on Sunday. At least Alfie scored.

Like Leicester yesterday‘Spurs didn’t seem much bothered.

Grimsby put out So’ton. The FA Cup is some competition.
