They are switching from Three, who decided to ask Chelsea to remove the sponsorship from the shirt after the start of the conflict in Ukraine and Chelsea refused and were going to sue, so Three relented after the new owners took over. That deal was £40m a year and they had a couple of deals blocked, Paramount Plus was one but was blocked by the EPL.
