On this day In 1955---- Rangers and Celtic were drawn in the same league cup section. Both won their opening 3 games--- then met at Ibrox in game 4 --Celtic won 4-1.---- They then met at Parkhead in game 5 --four days later.--- Celtic were confident they could get the win to crown them group winners. Final score Celtic 0 Rangers 4. -----What a turnaround in four days.
