Sima ... is getting serious game time and shows what he can do. Not just to us, but also Brighton. The better he develops, the less likely is it that he will go a) on the cheap and b) at all. That said, I have no idea how Brighton is set up right now.

Connor Barron would be a shrewd signing, good player, young, ambitious and sellable if developed correctly by the likes of Clement.

 

I get you sykesy, but January is never really awash with those type of signing IMHO.

With the news that Danilo is out for 4 months it’s essential we get some reinforcements in. It feels like our forward line relies fully on Sima and our midfield is pretty much Lundstram. Anything happens to either of them and we will run out of steam fast.

Scott Wright barely played for Aberdeen but managed to play in and get to a Europa league final and help us win a Scottish cup. Sometimes these things just work out.
