Hearts complain about Celtic stewarding

Recommended Posts

Hearts have announced that they are to seek a meeting with Celtic following events involving their fans during Saturday's SPL game at Celtic Park.

During the match nine supporters were ejected and three arrested. Celtic have confirmed they will provide full details of every ejection and arrest.

Hearts operations director Campbell Ogilvie said: "We're aware of the way certain issues were handled.

"We will work with Celtic to ensure any future issues are minimised."

The Edinburgh club received an above average number of complaints about stewarding, crowd control and policing at Celtic Park.

And Ogilvie told the club website: "Where supporters have breached the SPL Unacceptable Conduct regulations we cannot condone those actions."

This has happened to us for years yet Hearts stick up for there fans and demand explanations.

Murray should take a look what Campbell Ogilvie is doing there and that is with a nutter as a chairman.

At last a club willing to stand up for its fans in the face of aggressive and overhanded policing and stewarding of visiting fans at The Towers. If only our club would stand up for us when we visit the shithole.
