  4. No idea where the 15m are coming from and whether it is Euros or Pounds, but there you go: Lens, Lille, Rennes, and Strasbourg go up against three Premier League sides for €15m-rated Rangers striker Hamza Igamane Hamza Igamane (22) has enjoyed a breakout season in Scotland with Rangers—and his rise has not gone unnoticed in Ligue 1. Several top-tier French clubs are closely monitoring the Moroccan striker ahead of what could be a competitive summer pursuit. But they will have to face competition from three Premier League sides: Everton, West Ham, and Brentford – according to a report from Foot Mercato. Signed for under €2.5m from AS FAR Rabat last July, the Témara-born forward emerged as a revelation at Ibrox, finishing the season with 16 goals and 3 assists in 46 appearances. Lens, Lille and Rennes among frontrunners with Everton, West Ham, and Brentford According to Foot Mercato, RC Lens were the first French club to make enquiries, under former sporting director Diego Lopez, who was particularly keen on Igamane’s profile. While Lopez has since departed and Pierre Sage is set to take over, the interest at the Stade Bollaert has not entirely cooled. Lille are firmly in the race, actively seeking a successor to Jonathan David, who has now moved on. Igamane’s profile matches the Dogues’ recruitment model—young, technically polished, and with significant resale potential. Strasbourg are also monitoring the player. Across the Channel, Brentford, West Ham and Everton have all expressed interest for the Moroccan. West Ham are tracking both Igamane and Saint-Étienne’s Lucas Stassin as they look to reshape their frontline. Everton, meanwhile, are preparing for life without Dominic Calvert-Lewin (out of contract in 2025) and are reportedly unconvinced by Beto or Armando Broja. Brentford face a potential departure for Bryan Mbeumo—targeted by Manchester United and Arsenal—and are seeking to ease the goalscoring burden on Yoane Wissa. Rangers will reportedly look for a fee around €15m for the 22-year old, with no pressure to sell on their side. https://www.getfootballnewsfrance.com/2025/lens-lille-rennes-and-strasbourg-go-up-against-three-premier-league-sides-for-rangers-striker-hamza-igamane/ Then there is this ... Rangers demand record fee for Nicolas Raskin amid Premier League interest Rangers have set a monumental £25 million asking price for midfield talisman Nicolas Raskin, as interest mounts from the Premier League and beyond. According to TEAMtalk, Leeds United and Aston Villa, among others, are circling the 24‑year‑old, whose performances at Ibrox have been nothing short of exceptional. https://www.eplindex.com/132096/report-rangers-set-25m-price-amid-premier-league-chase.html And ... Cyriel Dessers: 13-time Super League winners set to spend big on Rangers and Nigeria goal king According to the Daily Record, 13-time Greek Super League champions AEK Athens are willing to make the 30-year-old a marquee signing under new owner Marios Iliopoulos. The club is understood to be ready to offer a fee in the region of £5million, which would secure Rangers a modest profit on the forward’s sale. https://soccernet.ng/2025/06/cyriel-dessers-rangers-and-nigeria.html Meanwhile ... Rangers eyeing deal for new right-back According to Hull Live, Rangers are one of a number of clubs interested in a deal to sign Hull City right-back Cody Drameh in the summer transfer window, which reopens next Monday. The report claims that the Gers are 'huge admirers' of the English defender, as they line up a swoop to sign him from the Championship side ahead of next season. Hull Live reveals, though, that the Tigers are not 'actively' looking to cash in on the defender, although they would be prepared to consider offers in excess of £1m for his services. The 23-year-old star, who was once described as a "Duracell bunny" by former Cardiff City boss Steve Morison, is a solid defender who can lock up opposition wingers week-in-week-out. Ex-Leeds player Ben Parker previously hailed the full-back's defensive qualities, saying: “Cody Drameh, his strength is one v one defending. He loves defending. There has not been too many players I’ve seen this season that gets the better of him in a one v one duel. I love to see that." Drameh has averaged 3.9 tackles and interceptions per game across his entire club career to date, compared to Tavernier's 3.1 per match, and his defensive statistics in the 2024/25 campaign in particular suggest that he could be a terrific addition for Rangers. https://www.footballfancast.com/tavernier-upgrade-rangers-lining-up-move-for-drameh-this-summer/ All fair and square with Raskin and Igamane, but I'd hate to see Dessers go right now. He's the one consistent goal-scorer we have.
  5. Heard the player wants to go, if that’s the case then sell. I think we need to buy 2/3 igamane or Jefte type players every summer. Obviously not all of them are going to work out like Hamza but it keeps the conveyor belt moving. Hamza and Jefte cost us about 2 million and 20k a week. Matondo cost us 2.8 and 28k per week. recruit smart.
  6. Igamane interesting various clubs - £15M + sell on fee. Get it done Rangers.
  7. Rumours Dessers off to AEK Athens. Not good news if true.
  8. Its always been that way since the start of me being in the predictions and that goes back to about 2007, maybe longer. Plus what @Rousseau demands stands because he runs them
  9. Former Ranger Ryan Kent is playing for Seattle Sounders in the tournament...
  10. Nothing to do with Rangers though, not exactly Rangers chat 😂
