Agree Norris, in this Bear's mind not even up for discussion. The only thing up for discussion is how Jon can spell the legend's name wrong Woods was a quality keeper but Goram had absolutely everything. One thing though which has yet to be mentioned is that we have, for a long time now, been blessed with QUALITY keepers - if we could find outfield players as capable as our keepers we would be walking the league at a canter EVERY year.

Sour grapes from Chelsea IMO. Why would UEFA fix it ? Stupid. Pete, look at it again. I agree his hand was in an "unnatural" position but his hand was in that position BEFORE Anelka flicked it past him. If it was hand to ball then surely the motion would be toward the ball after the flick from Anelka, that wasn't the case. His arm stayed in the same position both BEFORE and AFTER Anelka flicked it. All in my opinion of course.

OK, watching highlights now... 1st penalty incident - didnt see a good angle of it to see if it was inside box, sorry 2nd penalty incident - would have been soft, seen them given for less though 3rd penalty incident - not a penalty, Toure got ball 4th penalty incident - not a penalty for me, ball played hand. 5th penalty incident - not a penalty for me, he had turned away, seen them given for less though Abidal shouldnt have been sent off IMO.

Jon, I told you that I didnt see the first half so no idea about the penalty incidents. 2nd half I disagree with you on all the penalty shouts, I am not convinced they were penalties - ANY of them. Should Abidal been sent off ? NO WAY. Would I have been pissed off if Arsenal had been denied those penalties ? Yes, but probably more because they are my team than because I felt they were penalties. That is the beauty of being a neutral - you can give an honest opinion - and my honest opinion is that none of the penalty incidents in the 2nd half were penalties (saying that I have seen them given for less.....). The wrong team went through ? Why ? Because Chelsea dominated ? Did Barce not outplay Chelsea in the 1st leg ?

I am telling you, you ARE completely wrong. Abidal was about 3 YARDS from the ball when Anelka clipped his own foot. It didnt happen. I am not, by the way, saying Anelka cheated - it didnt look like he tried to go down - but Abidal certainly never touched him and, to be honest, I cant see how the linesman didnt see that !

I don't think it is a bluff. In the last few weeks Boyd has 1. Been scoring 2. Been assisting 3. Putting forth more effort 4. Linking up play reasonably well 5. Been more aware of his surroundings As much as the goals are important I think given his significant improvement in number 2-5 will see him secure his place on Sunday.

Agreed, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be. As I said, the SFA could have saved a ton of money by renting Murrayfiled, or gotten into some form of partnership. Murrayfield isnt used all that often anyway, is it ?
