  1. From From Lads had a Dream Twitter.. Fan engagement Many of you may have read or listened to our interview with David Milburn about Rangers customer service As part of Rangers promise to be more forward facing, I was invited to meet them today to discuss MyGers & the changes, as well as addressing some fan concerns You will hear a podcast / read that interview on this site & various fan media platforms start of next week. These type of meetings (pods or interviews) with the club will become more regular for us all. So if there’s an area you want to know about then please say. On the wider scheme of things, Rangers seem to be much more receptive of fan feedback & ideas. I know safe standing & Old Firm allocation are being considered seriously instead of mere ‘lip service’ like before. I also believe they are taking fan engagement seriously with lots of changes set to happen, many we have asked for. I firmly believe positive changes are coming for the club and fanbase.
  2. FORGOTTEN Rangers right back Mateusz Zukowski is on his way back to Ibrox with Lech Poznan declining to exercise their buy-out option after a disastrous loan spell. The 21-year-old Pole moved to Ibrox in January last year in a £400,000 four-year deal from Lechia Gdansk and made his debut in a Scottish Cup victory over Annan Athletic. However, he failed to make an impact and fell behind Scotland Under 21s star Adam Devine as back-up to Rangers captain James Tavernier. When he signed on loan at Lech Poznan, the club's sports director Tomasz Rzasa stated: said: "Mateusz has been loaned to us until the end of this season, we also have a guaranteed buy-out option." But his return to Polish football at Lech has not worked out well and he made just two sub appearances this season for the club in the league. And Lech Poznan announced this week Zukowski would return to Rangers, where he still has two-and-a-half years left and faces an uncertain future They stated: "The four players we have on loan - Dominik Holec (Sparta Prague), Artur Rudko (Metalist Kharkiv), Heorhij Citaishvili (Dynamo Kyiv) and Mateusz Zukowski (Rangers FC) will leave and return to their clubs."
  3. This is a joke, did UEFA plan for two diddy teams to be in the final? Henry Winter @henrywinter #WHUFC given allocation of only 4,890 tickets for the #ECLfinal (same as Fiorentina). Eden Arena holds only 20,000. Many ticketless fans will travel to Prague (great city). Fans will be ripped off on 2ndary sites. Uefa understandably shares finals around but this is far too small 8:59 AM · May 19, 2023

  7. https://rng.rs/41SUOkE DISABLED FACILITIES AT IBROX UPDATE PREV ARTICLE Disabled Facilities at Ibrox Update RANGERS are today pleased to update supporters on our plans to upgrade and improve facilities for disabled fans at Ibrox, with the overall stadium capacity also set to rise. At a meeting of the club’s board last week, a phased series of works was agreed, with that beginning this summer with further construction scheduled for the summers of 2024 and 2025 to provide Ibrox with the best disabled facilities of any stadium in Scotland and become one of the most accessible sports arenas in Europe. The summer periods have been chosen to ensure regular season matches are not disrupted by this essential work. In all, this significant investment will take the number of spaces for wheelchair users to 270, while 700 general access seats will also be added. Upon completion, the capacity of Ibrox will be in excess of 51,500. The board have also reaffirmed their intention to improve facilities for all supporters, with a phased programme of concourse and toilet refurbishment also under review. Phase one will commence in a matter of weeks and will include key structural works in the Broomloan and Copland Stands. This work will not impact season ticket holders in these stands for 2023/24. This work will include: Extending the concourses to create space for additional accessible toilets. Creating additional accessible kiosk points. Alterations for the installation of lifts to the accessible platforms. Phase two will be undertaken during the 2024 close season. Season ticket holders in the Broomloan and Copland stands affected by this essential work will be consulted throughout the process and alternative seating will be identified. This work will include: The creation of new platforms to accommodate new wheelchair spaces. The construction of cantilevers to house new, general access seating.     Phase three will then be undertaken in the close season of 2025, with the Sandy Jardine Stand becoming the focus. Again, season-ticket holders affected by the essential work will be fully consulted and offered alternative seating. This work will include: Installation of additional, accessible seating within the Sandy Jardine stand. This will involve the loss of some seats, however this will be mitigated with additional seating being installed in the Broomloan and Copland Stands.     Rangers Disability Access Officer, John Spiers, commented: "These fantastic plans will provide Rangers’ disabled supporters with some truly world-class accessible facilities. "The club are aware our current offering for disabled supporters is not good enough for a club of our standing, however, these works will ensure that Rangers will provide the highest standard of accessibility for our disabled supporters. They will be able to attend matches in significantly more comfort, with hugely improved access to the stadium, as well as fully accessible facilities and views of the match. "I look forward to the completion of these works and to welcoming so many more disabled supporters to Ibrox in the coming seasons." Supporters are invited to write to contact@rangers.co.ukwith any queries on this stadium development plan.

  15. VISIT RANGERS.CO.UK | VIEW THIS EMAIL ONLINE Rangers supporters have once again shown their incredible loyalty, with season ticket renewals for the 2023/24 season already having smashed through the 40,000 barrier. It is a phenomenal show of strength ahead of Monday’s deadline, with the club well on-target to match last season’s record sales figure. Incoming Chief Executive, James Bisgrove, commented: “Everyone at the club is incredibly grateful to our season-ticket holders for once again showing their tremendous loyalty to the cause and renewing in such strong numbers before the deadline. “We are all aware of how times are tough for so many at the moment, and to be in this position already, with that backdrop, highlights just how passionate Rangers supporters are about their club. “This has been a period of transformation at the club, and this will continue onto the product on the pitch as, together with our manager - Michael Beale, we’re actively involved in the recruitment for new players, as we aim to strengthen ahead of what this board believe will be a very exciting new season for us.” Choose mailing list preferences OR unsubscribe You are receiving this message as you subscribed to the Official Rangers Newsletter or registered on one of the Club's sites or apps. 19. Paul Murray Podcast Dear Contributor, Carig Houston recently produced a two part podcast with former Rangers Director, Paul Murray. The podcast covers many of the events of 2011-2015 during a period of turmoil at Rangers from which Club 1872 was born. We thought Contributors might find this interesting given the background it provides and how it reinforces the need for strong supporter representation at Rangers. The podcast is free to view.
