Look I really don't give a flying f*&k whether you believe it or not, if you think I'd reveal a source just to satisfy you then you're f*&king deluded, if the admin think it's pish then they'll delete my post, I'd have no problem with that. -

What in just the same way the German bid was a pile of pish this morning? -

I'm not in the habit of lying and spinning for anybody. I'd never reveal a source either. Believe it or not it won't put me up or down any. -

Perhaps it's the lure of a 5% finders fee + fat 3 year contract as Chairman (might be an SFA spanner in the works there!) -

The American bid is Bill Miller (closely associated with Club9) and our very own Andrew Ellis. -

Everybody assuming it's David McAllister the politician. -
It's out here, very little information about it (but there may be an obstacle placed in their path).

That's non-denial denial as they'd no intentions of buying Rangers Football Club plc but only the unencumbered assets. -

IIRC Wavetower shared at least an address (before switching to Collyer Bristows' address) with Clarkson Hill. -
Will they be munching on haggis pakora to keep them going?

This has now left Planet Bizarre and is heading to another universe! -
Morality and justice have long ceased to be compatible bedfellows.

Just get more and more bizarre. -
He can count himself very lucky that he still has the ability to walk away when all said and done.

Not entirely sure, I assume that it means some kind of overdraft facility (since we'd still have difficulties obtaining full service banking) I don't expect the terms of that to be onerous considering the other facets of the deal, I would expect it to be base rate + fixed percentage rate (though I don't know for sure yet).
-
Ah well since the news has well and truly broken here's the deal: Reduction of capital sum from £27m to £10m 9 years to repay interest free 2 year payment holiday No payment in any year we fail to qualify for Europe Ticketus to provide £10m working capital Ticketus will not sue RFC for monies resulting from the contract Whyte signed. Removes a potential £27m from the CVA pot allowing a better return for the other outstanding creditors. I think that's a pretty stunning deal
-
Can Rangers FC move on without ticketus?
forlanssister replied to 54andcounting's topic in Rangers Chat
They have effectively been neutralised. Only other way round them (save liquidation)would be a megabucks offer to the CVA pot which I don't think will materialise. -
Paul Murray, Brian Philips, Ian Harte, Paul MacKenzie, Scott Murdoch, Douglas Park, John Bennett (though I better stick a question mark there ) Must be getting old either that's all who have shown face or I'm imagining that there's 10!
-
Think there's been 10 names thrown into the mix hasn't there? (I think anyway though I'll happily concede if that's not the case)
-
I'm not posturing. Whether we like it or not they can block a CVA barring an absolutely horrendous result in the FTT. They're claiming they're owed circa £27m (though I share the opinion of others that any claim may fail in the courts but the fact is we wouldn't exist long enough to defend that claim) that has to be dealt with one way or another.
