  2. Option 3, We lose the case and decide not to appeal therefore inevitably going into administration.
  3. Don't they pay for the broken seats and we pay when the same thing happens at The Piggery ?
  4. Did McCulloch not take a wage reduction in order to extend the length of his contract ?
  5. I don't think it's purely coincidental the link between McCulloch's inclusion and results. Davis always seems to play poorer when played alongside McCulloch, and when both McCulloch and Edu play then Davis gets punted out to the right wing where he is virtually wasted. I think McCulloch may have set the world record for sideways passes last night including a couple of his trademarked from one side of the pitch to a non existent team mate on the other side of the pitch aka out for a throw in to the opposition. The simple fact is he is well past his sell by date yet will continue to pick up a handsome wage for a couple more years much to the detriment of the team.
  6. It has always been and will always be nothing more than a 'jumped up council', any politician with a modicum of talent always head south with an undue haste.
  7. I think the fact that our credit rating isn't exactly AAA rated added to the fact that no conventional bank will touch us would indicate that we have probably paid a high price to raise a few quick bucks, granted we don't know the terms but I doubt if Close Leasing are either charitable or foolish and will have priced relevant to the blatant risk involved. I digress with you regarding the revenue stream but concur that it's not the end of the world or the demise of the club but still think it's another nail in the coffin, just some more short term gain which will result in long term pain. I agree the current HMRC case ( the wee one?...) is nothing short of shambolic as Fridays developments admirably demonstrated. Part of the problem with Whyte is all the shit he allowed to be spun prior to and immediately after the take over is beginning to unravel at an alarming rate. I recall well the post on here re Azure and the kiosk refurbishment long before Whytes arrival, his claiming of the credit for it does seem bizarre or perhaps a tadge desperate. There certainly are a a lot of things that aren't adding up at the moment and Whyte doesn't seem in a hurry to clarify things in the least.
  8. The question is why has it been necessary to do this so early into Whytes tenure. I agree the details are vague (probably deliberately so) but if iirc the catering contract was recently extended by 9 years if this lease is of a similar length. Doubt even Whytes most ardent fans think he'll be here for 9 years, so someone else will have deal with a reduced revenue stream. It appears his £52 million hasn't spread itself very far Here's the site I got the scans from, same one with the Lennoxtown mortgage details. http://www.scribd.com/eric_clelland You can inform the lynch party I'll happily respond if allowed to do so.
  9. If you read the thread you will see that it was removed from FF, however I have been told by admin that they will look into the reason why and get back to me. It states we have given up all future income due from Azure under the terms of the catering contract for a one off sum from a leasing company, something that will potentially still have ramifications after Whytes tenure passes. The timing of it barely a week after the Malmo debacle would suggest that the picture Whyte and his spimeisters have been painting isn't as pleasing as they would have us believe.
  10. Well when I try to get on I get this message [#1000B] You are not allowed to visit this forum.
  11. Frankly don't believe them if you don't want to, however all documents like those are by law a matter of public record. Check for yourself I'm not in the habit of posting shite, though I readily concede that I'm am highly sceptical of both Whyte's intentions and his modus operandi. I posted the same scans on FF and it was removed though it is being looked at as to why they were removed, also posted it on RM which has resulted on me being banned for what posting the truth that doesn't fit in with their agenda of Whyte being the second coming incarnate.
  12. But isn't he a billionaire who walks on water ?
  13. Rangers (or rather our billionaire owner ) has mortgaged off another asset this time it's the income due for the catering contract due from Azure which if iirc has 9 years to run. What's next the income from the JJB contract ?
  14. Can you give one example of him turning a struggling company into a successful one ?
  15. Something I'd like to see is SPL clubs having to have 3 under 21 players playing at all times (save if they've been dismissed of course).
  16. Won't he be available in October when his contract expires ?
  17. Has Whyte issued a statement that our season ticket revenue has not been and will not be securitised?
  18. Any promises he made during the takeover are worthless and he isn't beholden to them just like Kraft and Cadburys.
  19. The Articles are those of RFCG Ltd not RFC. I don't think the information contained in them has been made public before.
