It's right that folk should be suspicious about the present owner...but to kick his ass for shafting the biggest c**t ever to walk into Ibrox beggars belief

Sone Aluko, Kyle Lafferty, Steven Naismith, Jamie Ness and Allan McGregor will have nothing to do with this shite.

Don't know who this taxi driver guy is but as I've said before he done Charles, Ally and the fans a big favour - Sandaza was rank for us, there was no way anybody would have bought him off us with the attitude he has shown, he wasn't interested in playing football. Whether it is right or wrong he was sacked is neither here nor there as far as I'm concerned I'm just delighted he was sacked 'cos he was a disaster in that jersey and was taking money out of the club under false pretences - GOOD RIDDANCE FRAN!

Rangers advertising campaign being investigated ASA confirms

That part of the world is weird, every pub has Irish flags on display the streets are filthy and the people who frequent it are boggin' beyond belief, it has a thriving prostitution market with really ugly women (and men) and drugs are rife - not a place you want to walk through at night. -
It's another league title...why not 55? Got to laugh at the mob who discredit this title along with the other doubters after paying good money. Our titles aren't taken seriously around the world of football because of where we play. So this is up there with the rest. But you'll always get those who say this isn't 55 because it's not really a league. We should just pack up and go home, all those Scottish cups and League cups don't mean a thing either, and the ECWC doesn't count as well cos' it isn't big ears. 55 league titles won...who says otherwise?

Carlos Bocanegra and Dorin Goian? Oops! Not good enough imo There's just something about turning the clock back that doesn't sit with me. Anyway those two aren't great ex-Rangers to start with

McCoist knows that winning titles is never enough for Rangers fans
54andcounting replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
We got well beaten by ICT & Dundee United in the cups (the mhanky mob finished 25+ points ahead of both) we dropped 22 points to cannon fodder in the depths of Scottish football, yes I expected a 36 game unbeaten run and at least one cup final this season but I'm a Rangers fan and as such expect nothing more. Eight draws 2 defeats - thrashings in the cups, I didn't see that coming for one moment and I won't accept it next year no matter what 'anybody' says. My standards of RFC as a fan have always been the same, that won't change ever. -
Rangers as good as needed in Third Division
54andcounting replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
In hindsight it was all too easy in this league and non-interest in the professional side of things was inevitable. Quite hard to take from a layman fan side of things. Christ! Are we in for deja vu next year? Ally get your flak jacket on bud, the bullets will fly next year too. -
Di Canio appointed as Sunderland manager
54andcounting replied to 54andcounting's topic in General Football Chat
Yeah, my way of looking at it too -
Paolo Di Canio last night became Sunderland's left-field, kill-or-cure choice to stave off the threat of relegation from the Premier League. The volatile former Lazio, Juventus, Celtic, Sheffield Wednesday and West Ham striker, and most recently the Swindon Town manager, was appointed head coach on a two-and-a-half-year deal after breakneck talks in the north-east. The move immediately proved controversial, David Miliband, the former Labour mp, stepping down as a non executive in protest at Di Canio's political past in which he has admitted to being a fascist but not a racist. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/mar/31/paolo-di-canio-sunderland-talks-manager

Jon Daly reveals talks with Ally McCoist over potential Rangers move
54andcounting replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Drogba or Ibrahimovic yes the long ball as long as you have the players to deliver...Daly? We don't even have someone to put that ball to him, and could he even take advantage if we did? -
Sandaza was terrible as a centre forward for Rangers, if me making fun of him comes across then I'm sending out the wrong message. I just thought the guy wasn't good enough for us

Rangers can't follow QoS route to success...........
54andcounting replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Isn't it strange that the QOS management staff can put together a squad of players to romp to the title the same as Rangers on such a small budget? When we look back on 2012-13 we'll all see it as a wasted year. Here's to 2013-14  -
