Glad to see Sheff Wed doing well, would love to see them back up along with Leeds and Newcastle but Brighton are going to go up and fair play to Chris Hughton who is proving to be a quality manager. Cardiff are on a roll now and Warnock knows how to get results in this league. Aston Villa - what is going on there. I thought Steve Bruce would turn them around and get to the play offs but are only 6 points clear of the relegation zone. Blackburn - another big name who could go down, wouldnt care if they did as their owners are nuts.

Bizarre one with Rossiter. However these two players on their best form will be assets. Windass has been a bit of a let down yet he showed promise on his debut. He needs to knuckle down and get himself in the team. His old man said he could play for England, well he has a bit of work to do.

Dodoo deserves a chance, he showed he has a good finish but wasnt given a chance after Firhill. Miller has carried the team so for me it would be Miller and Dodoo. I like Waghorn but think he is more effective down the inside right position. Obviously he didnt get on with MW in latter days therefore could flourish. Looking forward to the game, Dens Park was always a good day out in the younger years.

I dont want to sound controversial but Garner shouldnt even be on the team bus. I really dont see anything in him as a player.

The only show in town again. Like Boabies comment but a real alky would have plenty time for a 1230 kick off. I take it you mean plenty time to overhaul? But as things stand we are not in great shape while McInnes seems to have Aberdeen playing well. I do think that can be overturned though, Aberdeen are capable of losing at a Kilmarnock or Partick where we should win these games. We will see how Murty has done on Sunday at Dens. but goal difference, that would take a major swing. we will maybe only score 18 goals in 14 games, considering that could be two wins against Aberdeen it doubles but its a big ask.

It would be interesting to see a poll about having a DoF. Im not a fan of this process but do admit it can work at certain clubs. But I always see a potential clash of opinions between the head coach and DoF. I also like the thought of having a Football Manager at Rangers, maybe its just tradition. I do get the points that a background set up and a review of such things like scouting network needs done but that can be done by the day to day management with Manager input. At the end of the day I always think the players coming in should be the managers choice. All other sections are spot on.

That said Rangers have no sway in any deal or breakdown in deal and no timescale was given for them to join a new club - as such they are now free to join any club and Rangers don't get involved. From the boards view this was an offer on the table for them to quit there and then and it was accepted. They could sign memberships with a Tennis club for all we care, if the agent wasn't specific that's his fault again - but it seems verbal resignations are lawful. MW, DW and FM are probably going down the road it was an offer from the agent but they didn't resign personally - but that doesn't work.

Its all too very quiet with regards to the agents actions.

That's just Pardew putting himself in the shop window. If he wants to offer Murty support then call Murty and tell him personally.

The down side is that is its 3 points for Aberdeen. Whilst we can overhaul that by beating them twice the other side is their goal difference is plus 25 compared to our plus 6 which I don't think we can overhaul and is effectively a point at the end of the season if the teams finish level on points.
