A newco cant walk into Div1 IMO, its jumping up 2 leagues for financial gain for the rest of the top 2 divisions. Had we only went into Admin then they could justify this but a liquidated company is new and has to apply entry to the leagues. Annan Athletic play in Div 3 when they applied, why should we be different. The transfer ban is the one the club must utterly refuse. They want to pick and choose where we play but if we 6 players in training like Ally said then we will get relegated to Div 2. The mess the SFA / SPL have made of this is the most unprofessional and corrupt thing Ive ever seen.

We'll have to arranged something, even if its Div 3 we need some sort of friendlies to get the players available some match practice.

Enjoyable video. Ally seems more laid back but in pure determination mode now, whereas at times last season he looked and was under immense stress. He's probably realised, right we are down...but now its fight back time.

Brown Ive not much time for. Goram - legend and always talks sense, but seems he's jumping on his mates bandwagon here. Just let Green get on with a job in hand....nothing can be resolved until we have a league to play in. Thats uncertaincy straight away in terms of players and preparation, until thats sorted Green / McCoist / Anyone involved cant make a 1 year or 3 year plan to get back to the SPL. How can not 1 person run the club? I can see maybe OWNING it but we already see on the park when a director of football gets involved with the coach that things go tits up. Running a club will be the same.

We've got a good relationship with the Real team in Milan. Get them signed up for an Ibrox tournament.

Ibrox tournament: Rangers, Hamburg, AC Milan and draw one of the Div 3 clubs out of a hat.

In a scenario when we are not accepted into the SFL Im sure others would look at it as a chance to benefit and invite us....whether that is NI league, English leagues or somewhere on the continent, we'd be too big a pull to turn down.

See your point and taking that into consideration I personally would go a bit higher if I was buying a ST. But you cant expect the average Punter who makes the same amount as those working inside Ibrox or Murray Pk to be responsible for keeping others in jobs. Yes those who can afford it will pay another few quid per match to assist but not everyone could do so. I cant see us getting full houses so top tiers in Broomloan and Copland would probably remain shut for a season and can be maintained as low cost as possible. What arrangement does Queens Park have for maintaining Hampden? Is this paid on their behalf from the SFA?

Agreed, their fate is in their own hands. Id rather meet them again in a few years in Div 1 or SPL and avoid their grounds.

Whats the average ticket cost in Div 3 and 1?

They are so badly organised it wouldnt surprise me if they couldnt make a decision and the SPL has 11 clubs next season, or Club 12 exists but no match takes place and each team gets awarded a 3-0 win.

I agree, a full boycott makes the statement (although Id feel a bit sorry for Ross County). When we return to the SPL we should be selling seperate "season 'away' tickets" for entry to Ibrox and watch all our away games being screened back to Ibrox. Or charge a fiver per entry.

I see what you are saying but for me its who ever is in control of the club that should be making stronger statements. Yes they have had hands tied but we shouldnt have allowed other clubs so much power. If we dont speak up we'll end up being the enemy regardless. Blamed if we play SPL, blamed if we play Div 1 then blamed again in Div 3 because the investment disappearing. From day 1 we should have went straight to Div 3 and start preparing for the season.

I would agree with you mate on first point if it was the old club being relegated but a newco should apply and work their way up. If we applied for England and got accepted we wouldnt be able to walk into the Championship. The people running scottish football have been in an embarrassing state for over a decade now anyway. The decline started long before our episode, but its taken this to almost finish it off. People blame Sky and yes the money thing has created a gap between Scotland and England which is where we used to try measure the Old Firm against, but if we had stuck to keeping our own league and game in order we'd not be in the state we are in. There are leagues all over Europe who dont get good TV money yet have a good standard of football. I look at countries in Scandanavia and see them playing summer football plus now having teams who can beat the OF. Then I look at former Yugoslavian countries who were only created less than 2 decades ago yet Croatia and Serbia are far more technical than us and produce better national sides by a mile.

England above Italy, a side who absolutely battered them 0-0 last week. But even more laughable they are above Brazil and Argentina. Just shows what nonsense these rankings are at times. They can be useful to see improvements like when Berti Vogts took us to about 70th then Walter came in and put us right up to 17th or thereabouts, but the accuracy has to be way off in exact places. Spain, Germany, Uruguay, Portugal, Italy, Argentina and Croatia deserve top 10 places, the dutch can probably also but had a disasterous Euros.

Is there any well run clubs in Div 1 and 2? If those who enter Admin in the SPL, they should be replaced. What is the saying we always hear....no 1 player is bigger than a club. Well no 1 team is bigger than the league. If Motherwell drop out then they can get replaced by Falkirk. The game needs to start again from Scratch. 3 division league structure with 2 up 2 down. Summer football. 1 body but it has to be ran by football men who are in it for the good of the game.

25000 is still more than any other team in the country bar Celtic. But thats when schemes have to be put in place to get more numbers in: Kids for a quid. Father and son prices. (Mother and daughter also in this day in age) Fill a supporters club bus and club can provide a few free tickets. Fans who consistantly turn up in lower leagues get a reward scheme when we are back in the SPL / CL in a few years time kind of thing. There is plenty ways of getting the core support up further than those who will simply be devoted. Fans have to look at it as an Adventure and get behind the team 110% at every game to put drive into the team and stadium so we cruise up the leagues. If it means putting boards up of 'We dont do walking away' to remind fans what we are doing playing Annan Ath then so be it. It is only for a short time, Div 3 would pass relatively fast, then we'd get out of Div 2....then upcoming Div1 would be pretty exciting knowing its our last season before returning.

Corrupt fat cats! Its all coming to a head now, they want Rangers punished but still want our income. The 16m figure has put the shits right up them. Is this 16m including Rangers trips to away grounds? If so then how can a portion of that be going OUT of the game when it will be going to lower league clubs? Then to try postpone their vote so they can see how SFL clubs vote first is a joke, I hope the SFL clubs do the same. They should ALL be made to vote at the same time for sporting integrity. Im really hoping for Div 3 now.
