You would have thought that people are at the University for higher education, but Crilly is sure not there for anything that has to do with history. Rangers and Fascism ... over on FF he was identified as another Yahoo sitting in a glass house filled with fellow brigadieri verdi. As a FFer once said ... never get in an argument with an idiot Dhim. They drag you down to their level and beat your with years of experience in asshattery. The problem is that creeps like him are the next generation`s Haggerty et al, people others will listen to ,,,

Transfermarkt is a nice tool. They keep stats on people, including where they have played most/often/last and you can check that for the entire team. For us and 19/20, the position-stat would look like this: https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/glasgow-Rangers/kadernachposition/verein/124 In e.g. Jordan Jones´ case it means that his main position is left wing, but he could also play as right winger or attacking midfielder. You would obviously have to cut out those who will or have already gone (Foderingham, Holt et al), but you can see that some positions are well covered, loaded or otherwise. Its just to keep people posted about what we have and what we lack. A Kamberi would sure not come in as a "replacement" of Ojo or Jones, as he is no winger. If anything, he would be cover to one of our quantity-wise weakest positions. The number of strikers we`ll sign will probably also depend on SG`s tactical plans for next season. If he goes 4-3-3 again, we don`t need many strikers, but strikers able to fill that role. I doubt that either Defoe or Kamberi or even Toney are made for a one-striker-role. Put the likes of Defoe and (!) Kamberi as a dual-partnership up front though and they will do damage to Killie and Co.. Quite a few of our recent "failures" would have, but we stuck to 4-3-3 and the "rewards" were there for anyone to see. At 150k, Kamberi would be a steal. It is up to SG and Co. to decide though.

OF COURSE would Lennon and Co. demand the same! The are doing it for the sake of the game, the Sky audience, sporting integrity, the Dalai Lama, the Corona dead, the oppressed trees in Sibiria ... -
Ha ... Sunday noon link ... household name to ... St. Truiden and Djurgarden https://www.voetbalbelgie.be/specials/stvv-spits-buya-turay-naar-schotse-topclub/2020/06/14/ If that's Belgian to you, it says that according to Scottish media we might be interested in signing 25-year old Mohamed Buya Turay, who was loaned to St. Truiden by Djugarden, is a Sierra Leone - centre forward whose contract in Sweden ends next summer. SPFL Season declaration challenged legally (ongoing discussion)

That was as clear as day ... said it when they suddenly deemed that football (behind closed doors) was possible just days after being adamant of the polar opposite. Since the Scumhut-game was the first, it was clear that "for the sake of the normal fans" (and a few hundred thousand pounds income) that this game was sure to be played last in the first batch of game ... but a few weeks ago some loonball actually said that "for the sake of the game" all (!) OF games should be played in 2021. It is totally beyond the Pale now how they twist and warp the rules and lawbook to make their ends meet. -

The really bad thing is that he'll probably believe that people believe him. That he is still in the job is utterly astonishing. -
Snatched from FF who snatched it from RM https://www.followfollow.com/forum/threads/the-summer-2020-transfer-window-rumours-and-deals-thread.121877/page-30#post-6230313 As Stevie_4lads told us, the ITKs have been told to keep information close to themselves, so we have to expect more Bassey moments while the media looks foolish. Though that`s only a side-effect, for it is more important to get our deals done so others don`t sniff about.

The longer this goes on, the less I am convinced anything will be done legally or otherwise to oust the cabal at the top of the game, despite all the stuff that led to the vote and afterwards. -
a) Hutton? Really? Man, you dig out stuff of 7 to 8 years ago? That's how many players I did not have a bone of contention with? IMHO, you have a bone of contention with me every now and then rather than some objective debate. And I sure don't go after people for their opinion in any uncivilized manner. b) ... obvious and expectable reply. The riposte would be: show me the trophies or successes then ... but that would lead to more pointless tit-for-tat. As I said, and that holds true for any manager, they live and die with their judgements and I for one doubt that SG will stick to Tavernier if a better opportunity shows up. Up till then we won't know whether Polster is a decent alternative unless Tavernier breaks a leg or something.

It is sure unbecoming of us that a elder board users comes up with such petty stuff. A) "anti / pro" creates a black & white scenario that is not required and hardly valid in this case. It is also not needed that the Tav-likers have a go at those questioning his all-round performances as a righ-back, creating an atmosphere that leads to snyde remarks like the above. We all have opinions on players and there is no need to belittle someone else if he does not agree. Seemingly, Tav has a more special status than other players, who constantly get it in the neck on here. B) His standards were scrutinized, SG even told us that he was strong enough to "drop the captain". He had a few similar dire games (by his standards) after that, yet only got dropped when injured/suspended. There were quite a few ramblings here and elsewhere. Seemingly SG agreed with some on here that Tav was still needed ... or, being a captain himself, simply didn't want to drop the captain for one reason or another. Anyone's guess.

You turn it as if I only go after him and make him the root of all evil, which is a bit strange. I have my reservations about him in the same way as others throw glowing reviews his way, as you can see above. So be it. Its sure not one player that holds us back, my main bone of contention lies with tactics and selection of players. And I would harbour a guess that not 5 Rangers supporters in one room will agree on either.

https://www.rangersnews.uk/news/rangers-join-toney-chase-report/ Was mentioned last week, but here we go with at least "half a source". Alas, he wants 15m ... for a striker who`s contract expires next summer. But maybe someone happens by, hands us 30m for Morelos and we get Toney, Dykes and Brewster ... /irony mode off/
