SPFL Season declaration challenged legally (ongoing discussion)

You would have assumed that for such important decisions as giving naming rights away and for how much, the consent of the SPFL board and/or its members are required? -

But don't you nitpick on a couple of things that you would find in any other equipment company's deal too? As per usual, they want to be big-hitters, much like us. Us winning trophies is them getting attention. And I reckon that the money they (via us as well, of course) stream into the club will help us winning things, don't you? -

... not sure what you expected, but it surely wasn't the above. But why the need to ever since fine-comb it to find something to sate your anger/bother/disappointment? No offence, BTW The article oozes positivity and I would assume our high-up made sure we got a fine deal, business-wise. -

Just out of interest ... why had all lower leagues stop to plan this and call it a day, when the Premiership can do the above? Or did the Premiership teams get no end-of-season money thus far? -

They will make sure that once football starts again, the remaining Scottish Cup games will be played, so that the Scum can claim "another glorious Treble". -

A lot of statements and articles. Unless someone takes this up though and pushes for action, statements will be forgotten and English and Co. move on to the next topic. -

No. It is hardly my intend to support the DR in any way. Yet looking away 24/7 is no answer. Never has been, never will be. -

Not addiction. You have to know what people write about you, or it gets unchecked propaganda. After all, how to withdraw press accreditations or make people persona non grata without pointing out the reasons why. It's not that too many actually buy the paper or, indeed, hand them 1k clicks to survive. -

It is quite strange to see some guys of the media show a face you would not have envisaged 2 months ago and tell things as they are or indeed do their journalist-job (then again, they might simply have smelled a story and thus money). While others go straight into the gutter and become a mouthpiece of vitriol and propaganda. Making your beds. You just hope that names are noted down and being taken care of in the future. Likewise, it would do well if certain journos like the one who made up that rubbish on ICT would be taken to the cleaners, so that the whole industry gets a little rattled and starts to think of their responsibilities again, not just their "freedoms". -

A couple of things ... https://twitter.com/i/web/status/1259509512458862592 And: According too the Turkish media. Rangers and the scum are linked with the Romanian international striker Florin Andone. He's on loan to galatasaray from Brighton. Florin Andone on TM .. Romanian he might be, but it looks he really only played in Spain, England and now Turkey. -

T(h)ext sheet handed to him: "We already had an independent investigation that found nothing (and wasn't signed up by the SPFL board nor any costs being talked about) and all claims in that dossier of Rangers FC can be verified and explained without any problem. Nothing to see, just let us go on and look to the future and work for the best so that the Scottish game can survive this big and bad crisis." Edit, where is Rousseau? -

You wonder that if an II happens and finds out company law flaws, will this turn the vote for the proposal and its set up null-and-void too ... due to ill-management, bullying, blackmail or the like? -

Has any official club statement actually mentioned any sort of support of our call for an II and attached our name to it somewhere? (NB: Rhethorical question!) -

IMHO, even if broadcasters will not demand any money back, the very fact that this possibility wasn't mentioned in the voted-on SPFL proposal is worthy of an investigation .... or indeed a walk to the chop-block for those responsible. -

From the Partick statement ... ... 2012 it might have read: ... and: Ahem, no. But back then, the same cabal was in office and has been pulling the strings throughout. As lowlanders you probably wear no kilt, but that shouldn't have stopped you to grow some balls some time ago ... -

Well, they saw a garden path as well lit and broad as the Sunset Boulevard, saw it plated with gold and pound notes in fat bags hanging at the end of it ... fully (and consciously) oblivious to the red herring the size of a whale beneath. If it was the first time, you might feel somewhat sorry. But dear me, this gang has been nose-led by the Yahoos and their marionettes for a couple of decades and stumbled - in good Scottish tradition - from one trap into the next, falling to nigh any charade dangled in front of them. If they can't see it now, I would suggest that for this generation of them all hope is lost.
