That's exactly what they did 398 mill of sales, but claim the Uk side made a loss so haven't paid tax for 3 years. In fact they've only paid 8.6mill since 1998. It would appear they have cooked the books in the UK to intentionally show a loss to avoid millions in tax. While telling investors that the UK is one of its growth areas. Wonder if HMRC will hunt them to the death?

If the RST ever get their act together and get a big enough share bought, I would expect them to be offered a seat on the board. Most guys who invest £500/£1000 are just happy to have their shares in the club they love myself included. Now if all the individual shareholders got together and elected one man/woman to speak for them all, then I would expect Rangers to offer that person a seat on the board.
