  1. But, but, but, they're answerable to the courts.........
  2. You would have thought so. Tne problem is that they will have budgeted for that money to see us through to the end of the season. It's a shambles.
  3. D&P have said that the 500k is deductable from the final sale. The stumbling block appears to be the size of it bearing in mind that it is no guarantee of leading to a successful purchase. Kennedy has highlighted this perfectly.
  4. Criminality?
  5. Good post.
  6. If he's being entertained by the administrators, that also opens the door for other interested parties to enter/re-enter the fray, leading to further delay.
  7. D&P are there to pick the preferred bidder after setting a deadline for 'best and final' bids. Now they are having discussions with someone who didn't bother putting a bid in. Pick the victor and let's get on with the fucking show.
  8. That was a date set by the law.
  9. This goes right back to the start, not just in connection with the bids.
  10. D&P haven't met one deadline which they themselves have put in place.
  11. Sold in the next month? It would be up to any new owner to decide on what course of action to take.
  12. Bottom of page 1. I think the conditions had been ironed out with D&P.
  13. It was reported that a few of them, with Murray being one, had agreed to pay it, with a few conditions attached.
  14. Petty behaviour.
  15. BBCchrismclaug It's my understanding that Brian Kennedy has now made an improved offer for #Rangers. He awaits response from administrators.
  16. BBCchrismclaug Brian Kennedy held informal talks with #Rangers administrators today. No second bid as yet.

  18. I'm anticipating an interesting reply!
  19. A political act, lacking in dignity as well.
  20. No, they can't pay them at this time, but it would be good if it could be done post-administration.
  21. No problem whatsoever with that, indeed I would have no problem with the RFFF paying if that was what it was set up to do.
  22. As I said, right behind doing this to make reparations, and there have been some very generous acts to do so(Glencairn Crystal, Sonsie Face). If there was no RFFF involvement, fair enough, but it's an area which needs clarification.
  23. He was praising fans for doing it of their own accord. He was having a go at the club for allowing it to get to such a stage.
  24. I'm 100% behind Rangers paying their debts, but how does the Posh Deli come under 'day to day running costs' with regard to the RFFF funds?
  25. I agree that the forums should not be having allotted representatives within the various committees which sprout up every so often. We're all supposed to support the same team.
