  1. Did we not talk to Hoddle before we appointed Mcleish?

Either way Hoddle has done nothing of note in a long time.

McClaren isn't much better but has a reputation as a good coach.

Don't think he'd survive the goldfish bowl up here.

  2. This is the 4th Rangers manager in a row now where we've had rumours of squad discontent and leaks from the dressing room.  With the finger always looming around Kenny Miller's head.

I thank him for his efforts on behalf of the Club. But he is clearly not a good influence on our dressing room.

So be on your way Kenny and take Wallace with you.  We've had the same nonsense from him for past year as well and he is supposed to be our Captain!

  3. The March should never have been organised in the manner in which it was with the wording and imagery contained within it.

As a Rangers supporter,  I do not wish to be associated with that sort of thing.

  4. He has no composure, umpteen times he has been clean through and missed.  Time will tell if he improves that part of his game.

When Cummings came on yesterday his link up and 1st touch were both miles better than Morelos had delivered during the match.

    Cummings should start against Celtic.

Merge them into Dundee City :P

Rivalries stop that happening but I honestly believe some clubs in Scotland would be off better doing that.

Can think of several examples where it would improve Scottish Football no end if the fans could get behind it.

Will never happen though and Scottish Football will continue to die its slow death.

  6. Liam Miller: Former Celtic and Manchester United midfielder dies aged 36

Former Celtic and Manchester United midfielder Liam Miller has died at the age of 36, another of his old clubs Hibernian has announced.

Miller, who won 21 caps for the Republic of Ireland between 2004 and 2009, had been suffering from cancer.

Miller started his career at Celtic in 2000 before moving to Old Trafford four years later, also playing for Leeds, Sunderland, QPR and Hibs.

The Edinburgh club said they were "incredibly saddened" by the news.

"Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time," a statement added.

BBC Scotland pundit Tam McManus, who played with Miller at Hibs, tweeted: "I'm afraid it is true that Liam Miller has sadly passed away today. Thoughts are with all his family and friends at this horrendous time. So sad."

Miller ended his career in the United States in 2016, having also played for three clubs in Australia and his hometown club Cork City before retiring.

Tragic at such a young age.

Beckham was 30+ when he went to the US; his career was finished at the elite level.

Players regularly look to the future -- they can do most of it anywhere -- but not at the cost of their playing career -- unless they're sh*te.

Bowing to the will of one's spouse -- as peaceful as it may be -- does not preclude a lack of ambition.

He can play for 5+ more years with us, winning trophies, playing in Europe, playing internationally.

Beckham may have not been elite but he never was.  He was always a top player and was still a top player when he went to Galaxy.  He played regularly for Milan and PSG in his loan spells.

I certainly don't think he was finished.

I don't think you should be getting pop up ads on any device (unless you're not logged in).

For 'ordinary' forum members, ads should be limited to one above the fold (i.e. at the top of the page) and one (occasionally) larger ad at the bottom (where most people won't scroll to anyway).  These should be just normal Javascript ads on all devices with no pop ups.

Only pop-ups may be notifications or 'sticky notes' which we may send on occasion.

when i log in on my phone, i keep getting taken to the google play store.

    Some important housekeeping notes:

    1.  You can now add your social media accounts to your profile which will appear in your user info and post block (see mine to the left).  I'll be sure to follow you on Twitter!

    2.  When posting please consider the following requests:

    • When C&Ping content from other sites, the formatting from the source may be retained (as well as stuff like pictures).  If the text looks too big or the content breaks our forum styling then please edit your post to reduce font size and/or remove images.  Our editor may give you the option to remove the formatting beforehand so that's worthwhile now and again if particular large fonts and headlines are used.
    • Posting Tweets is just a case of C&Ping the tweet's address (from the location bar) into the editor and it will automatically embed the content.  No need to copy any text from the person's timeline, just the address (e.g. https://twitter.com/4Ladhadadream/status/953706562039803909 will embed unless you do as I have done and click the 'show as link' option instead which flashes up.
    • If you post content from other sites (such as blogs and newspapers) please ensure a link is also provided - it's only polite and helps us fulfil our copyright obligations.
    • For content directly from Rangers FC, please only provide an intro with link (i.e. not all the article content unless it's a short statement or such-like).  For other sites, feel free to provide the full text (with link).

    3. For those that don't know we have an alternative 'Dark' theme which some may find easier on the eye than the default one.  You can select this from the drop-down menu at the bottom of every page.  I may install another theme over the coming weeks which you'll also find here.

    4.  Now available via the top menu are the latest 'flagship' video podcasts from WWTC and H&H - embedded directly on the forum.  We'll endeavour to post these in a timely fashion once they're released.

    5. Most users will be served ads by our advertising partner - the income of which is fairly modest and helps cover our hosting and software costs.  You can block these with the use of an in-browser ad-blocker but I'd politely request you white-list the site as I do believe the ads to be non-intrusive for all.  However, if you do contribute to the site (e.g. write articles, partner with us or provide regular previews) then you'll see no ads at all.  Can't say fairer than that!

    6.  Also, please check your avatar resolution.  Although these came with us from the old software you may wish you re-upload your existing photo or add a new one to make the most of the high-res IPS software.

    7. Finally, if you have any feedback or suggestions as to other functionality we could provide, please let us know and we'll have a look.  Similarly if you'd like to become more involved with the running of the site, please let me know.  :)

I've been getting pop-ups on my phone since the move.

Had been wondering why and if i'd done something as I didn't get them before. Glad to know it is normal :-)

Plus we have Barry Ferguson in the Record who can't believe we didn't sign Naismith!, he says he wouldn't like to think it was because of the way he left the club!!, nobody can blame him for walking away!.

These guys are so far out of the way Rangers fans feel it's incredible!, you can throw Boyd in there as well.

I think it was Frankie that mentioned a few months back but the sentiment is still true now perhaps more so.

But it truly is disturbing how much the media seem to think that McCoist, Ferguson & Boyd speak for the opinions of Rangers fan.
