We have received many calls from our fan base to clarify why the Ranger's e-petition is required? The e-petition has been raised and needs 100,000 signatures to force a debate in the House of Commons regarding alleged leaks from senior positions within HMRC about the Rangers Tax case. If upon the debate an investigation is put forward and it proves that people have deliberately released sensitive and extremely secret information to the media and for public consumption, then the law may well have been broken. These individuals should then be held accountable, with the full weight of the law coming down on them. Without this petition, the alleged actions of certain individuals will go unpunished and give confidence to all other haters of our football club to do and say whatever they like, be it truth, lies or absolute fabrication and never be held to task. This is a senior government body that this alleged material has been released from, if they can't be held accountable then who can? The RFFF totally supports this e-petition and would ask that the entire Rangers family gets the message out there, so we would ask that once you have clicked on the link http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/42143'>http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/42143 to register your own request, that you pass it on to all your Rangers contacts, be it by text, Twitter, Facebook or email. To confirm: Click on this link http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/42143 Enter your details Name, Address, Email etc etc. Confirm details by Clicking Sign This Petition button. You will now be sent an email immediately following your request to your confirmed email address. Click this confirmation link. Your entry will be submitted. We have over 30,000 signatures within one week of the petition being raised, let's get the message out there loud and clear, "The days of people thinking they can say and do what they like to the detriment of the Rangers family are gone, so when it comes to them spreading their lies and hatred of our club they will be held accountable by the laws of our proud land" The Rangers Fans Fighting Fund Committee

VB reiterates its call for a boycott Written by Admin Monday, 03 December 2012 14:27 Following today's Scottish Cup draw which paired Rangers with Dundee United at Tannadice, Vanguard Bears urges its members and the wider Rangers support in general to boycott the match. Dundee United were one of those clubs who voted against allowing Rangers entry to the SPL, and their Chairman Stephen Thompson has repeatedly, through his actions at high powered meetings, intimated further punishment to be administered on our club. The Rangers support has waited patiently for the opportunity to send a clear message to those that tried to destroy our club - starve them of their much needed cash by boycotting the game scheduled for 2nd/3rd February. We are at war. In battle, often sacrifices must be made to ensure the long term war is won. We ask the support to resist temptation of attending the game but rather give your hard-earned cash to a Rangers friendly pub, bar or club. Admin

The Blue Order - stance on Dundee Utd match Following the Scottish Cup draw versus Dundee United at Tannadice Park, The Blue Order will not be travelling to this match. Dundee United (and their chairman) were, in our opinion, one of the chief driving forces trying to kill Rangers off in the summer. To that end, we will not give them a penny of our money - and urge the club and all of the Rangers support to unite and do the same. Whilst we understand and appreciate the conflict - support the fan versus the right thing to do for our club - our view is that the right thing is not to fund those who tried to kill us.

Some wee snippets from Green's investor pitch last week....
Steve1872 posted a topic in Rangers Chat
from FF Some wee snippets from Green's investor pitch last week.... Here are some Charles Green snippets from last week's investor meeting, nothing too earth shattering but interesting all the same.. : He has no problem with rebranding the stadium or Murray Park Mike Ashley has 9% of Gers If they raise £20m via IPO then Green gets 10% There are 2 investors he wants rid of as he felt they let him down (didnâ??t say who) Announcement on shirt maker for next year in next 2 weeks â?¦ Puma or Adidas â?¦ "Bet butler" to be bookie tie up â?¦ they will walk if/when a bigger bookie comes in with better offer (heâ??s a shareholder) Commercial director of Arsenal is/has put money in Website was costing us £30k per month â?¦ now in house G4S is getting binned and we will do it ourself Catering will still be outsourced Has met Claudio Reyna and discussed some tie ups with MLS He was very keen on colt teams â?¦ viewing â??one dayâ? when Rangers/Celtic leave the league as it is then the colt teams with be allowed to move up through the leaguesâ?¦. Also, think its Everton weâ??re playing, under 17â??s at Murray park on Friday 14th Dec then the under 20â??s are playing at Ibrox in the evening â?¦ looking to open gates for a price and/or internet pay per view. - These â??Future Fridaysâ? has been agreed and Man Utd, Arsenal, Spurs and Newcastle have agreed to send U-20 teams North to Ibrox Media accounted for 3% of our income in last 12 months â?¦ he wants that to grow to 30%, part of this is the internet & why he wont go back to SPL on current TV deals â?¦ he did rant a bit about Ally and players not giving interviews to press and all will be pushed through Rangers media outlets â?¦ for a price Going forward he does not want wages to exceed 33% of turnover â?¦ bearing in mind he wants us up to £100m turnover by time weâ??re back in big league then that would be £33m v £7.8m at presentâ?¦ more we make more we spend He insists we will never have debt under his ruleâ?¦. Ultimately, he was pitching to a soft audience â?¦ he kept referring to £60m turnover before the collapse but that was with Europe and SPL sky money included He seems really convinced there will be a bigger European stageâ?¦ kept comparing European footy to US sports and how untapped it is Also looking to get Ibrox re-established as a concert venue for big acts Disclaimer: As I wasn't at the meeting I have no idea of the accuracy of the above, though the source is a bear and has no real reason to bullshiit. -

Michael McCann MP - Hits the back of the net again Michael has a weekly column in many local newspapers, including this one lifted from this week's Lanark & Carluke Gazette. Gazette Column With just 250 words available, my problem was where to start this column. The Leveson enquiry reports this week, gay marriage is hitting the headlines, the EU budget, Nadine kicked out the jungle, JohnSwinney’s wish list to George Osborne, or Alex Salmond’s big porkies? All are solid topics, but I’m going to kick off with the big tax case against Glasgow Rangers FC. Allegiances to football teams in Scotland are stronger than almost any other tie, bar family ones. Some argue they even top those! The angst Rangers supporters felt when their club went into administration was palpable. But now many people are quite rightly asking the question, why did our club go under? Why did HMRC pursue the now failed Big Tax Case, which was the catalyst for administration? And how did sensitive confidential information get into the hands of the BBC and others? How can we have confidence in an organisation like HMRC when it apparently leaks like a sieve? HMRC’s credibility is at stake and as an organisation they have serious questions to answer. I’ll be writing to them on behalf of the many constituents who have contacted me to seek answers to these questions. And finally, this week heralds the end of Movember. The doubters, myself included, have been proved wrong after I managed to sprout a privet-hedge like Mouser to raise awareness and much-needed funds for prostate and testicular cancer. Well done to all those who have borne hairy faces for a good cause. Have to say well done to him for putting his views into print, I know from working with him for many years that he has no allegiance to Rangers but his support in asking the pertinent questions is welcomed. fromFF
