  1. anyone know how walsh played?
  2. lol great updates and cracking pic. any word on the crowd number?
  3. why would the banks do that? why would we never be allowed to go lower than the 1st division? what relevance are they? none. i would have, the odds(£££) were in our favour i believe.
  4. lol if you believe the sfa were not going to give us our licence then you are deluded. not just you, anyone. we panicked, flapped and blinked first.
  5. but there would have been income and games. we would simply have been given a different punishment. god knows why we needed to keep any spl infrastructure, we knew it waa going to take 3 years to back there so essentially 3 years of wasted outgoings, unless green thought his idle threats would lead to some sort of fast track back into the top league after a season! god knows why even bothered keeping an spl standard squad either, it is utter madness. cup games may equal revenue but if that was our punishment then that would have been better than accepting an 'illegal' punishment which now shows the sfa they can basically do anything they want to us and we will take it no matter what we say in pr releases. it wouldnt have been a year imo. robust? in what way? we are doing alot of talking but we are still owed money from the sfa and spl, we are still under an embargo, there is no fast track and the boycotting fiasco at tannadice in the scottish cup we should have not even partaken in embarassed our club even further we can guess what would have happened, i have said what i think and i believe that was worth any risk associated with it.
  6. i disagree. what risks? a scottish cup ban? that would have been better for us given our managers embarassing cup record.
  7. i disagree. it was in the clubs interests to have the alleged illegal transfer ban lifted and a suitabel punishment(if any) applied.
  8. his time at cameroon is overplayed. he won as many as he lost. he didnt fail miserably at psg either and he currently has a 40% win ratio with oman whos overall win ratio is only 29%. hes not as bad as some make out tbh. he has also rejected several job offers from ligue 1 clubs in france to continue his work in oman. he is doing very well over there. the mans alright in my book, i appreciated what he tried to do at rangers.
  9. and? the good of the club comes before the feelings of individuals.
  10. thats how he comes across to me, its my opinion, i dont trust him one bit. we surrendered to the authorities in that we accepted the embargo just to get back to playing football. the football could have waited. statements are just that, a statement, i prefer to see things happening than hear about them possibly happening.
  11. are we talking about different things here? i am on about us "allegedly" being blackmailed into accepting the transfer embargo to get our licence. i dont have a problem being demoted to division 3, i supported that. no revisionism and no hibernation, just reality.
  12. i agree with that though i doubt its as simple as a clash of personalities. i think the manager thing may be the other way around. i think it may be green wanting ally out and murray supporting his idol and friend.
  13. no. not that that has anything to do with what happened. we surrendered to them. plain and simple.
  14. quality > quantity always.
  15. in what way?
  16. if he cared ally would have been out a job long ago. i dont believe he cares one bit. green is striving for the best for himself. its all money money money. we got back playing football because green was not man enough to stand up against a conspiracy from the footballing authorities. if taking the sfa to court would have delayed our start to the season then so be it. that was a fight we lost. he showed then he was all hot air. as for the ipo, well we will see what happens with that money in due course. anyone could have done that.
  17. good luck to wales. i hope they hump the jacobites.
  18. lol his job was made impossible by a certain group of players, a coward owner and clueless fans. everything went against him sadly.
  19. its a fact, plain and simple. certain players were a disgrace.
  20. and celtic agreed to lose £319k every year did they?
  21. possibly. from what i have seen, read and heard from both men, i have to say i trust murray more. he comes across as a gentleman and obviously wants whats best for rangers, green on the other hand comes across as a shyster and chancer, all talk and no action and very untrustworthy. i dont trust him one bit. i would love to know what green was upto to anger murray.
  22. i thought i made it clear my situation was hypothetical mate. i dont believe there would be such a gulf in any such offers to be honest. the difference will be closer than that.
  23. have you seen his shops mate? there is not much more he could do to devalue his stock, its a midden. if its between those 2 where have the macron rumours came from?
  24. only its not a fact at all. the players turned on him at rangers because they were too lazy to change. that is a fact, he won the league cup in france with an in crisis psg, reached the french cup final and managed to keep an almost 50% win ratio from 110 matches so dont give me this failed everywhere crap. also his european record with rangers will always be better than allys. whats wrong? did paul goto the wrong church or something? or was it because he found out mr rangers the accies fan?
  25. hahaha we are a wee club from scotland ffs. behave yourself.
