I've now watched the first minute and twenty two seconds of a higlight reel on youtube. I had to stop because I was getting bored. Based on what I have witnessed so far I would say Lammers is one of the finest talents in European football.

I've never seen Lammers play so I don't know if he is any good. I've been calculating x-C and x-D. Although the numbers are not high, just now, I can tell you that they are increasing.

I no longer understand why there is any debate about the director of football. The manager answers to the board and the board answers to the shareholders. Some stuff gets delegated and some stuff does not. If you are a rubbish manager, or a rubbish director, then you will get sacked. What am I missing?

Well, there are a number of things that I could recommend but the simplest would just be to use a browser like Brave. Failing that you could add an addblocker to almost any other browser. In my experience a lot of problems are caused by loading adverts.
