I came across his name when I was looking at Bockaj (they were both transferred to Osijek at the same time). I remember thinking Grezda has scored more goals in fewer games, but is only 1 year older at 23. According to Wikipedia he's a winger/Attacking-midfielder so he fits into what SG wants in that position, with players coming inside.

I believe we were trying to match their 3-5-2. It worked for the most part, but I agree it needs more drilling; Goldson was uncomfortable and Flanagan is not the best CB. I think it was the subs that were the biggest mistake, but only in hindsight, because I could see what he was trying to do.

We need more drilling with the 3-5-2. It was correct to match them, and it did work until we started to sit too deep and forwards not holding up the ball. Moving to a 4-3-3 when they took off a defender was theoretically sound -- playing one striker against their two, and trying to exploit that with wingers -- in practice it didn't work because they had far too many target-men for us to mark. Saying that, it does feel like individual mistakes have cost us, either unlucky slips or players not covering their man. It's so frustrating because they're such a scummy wee club.

Poor second-half. They just threw balls into the box to their hatchet-men. We were too deep.
