A Pair of Rangers-daft pensioners Told To Take Down Offensive Flags
pete replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I certainly wouldn't want to look out my window everyday to see a Celtic flag but if my neighbour did it he would certainly get a dose of his own medicine. Funny enough I was intrigued that my German neighbour from a few doors down had a Union flag on a large flagpole in his garden. I could only see it from distance. I asked him why he was flying a Union flag and his answer was there was a picture of the rolling stones in the middle.? -

Totally agree with the council. OK for the day of a match or a day before but should not be a local landmark. -
No I was just on Youtube. Ah! probably because I never logged in at all.

We will need to see what he does when the Hammer throwers noise Morelos up. that is a huge part of stopping him.

I would love to be in the same room as Mikael Lustig if Kent signed for Anderlecht or Brugge. -
I can't believe that Katic who was close to motm on Saturday and yet many have him as 4th choice. Even his build-up play is good. Until I have seen more of Helander and Edmundson Katic is first choice for me.

I think BT have another season to run so it will be both Sky and BT

I also listened in for the first 45mins but unfortunately I was called away. The show was excellent. I don't know what happened to my live chat but I never had the window to type. I could see the discussion but couldn't take part.

It says assaulted and that is somebody hitting kicking or I believe even spitting.

Surely 40 year old's are allowed to go where they want without getting attacked! He may like the atmosphere and the music they play the there. It may just have been a random day out. My family from my late sisters marriage are all Celtic supporters and are fantastic people who would help you rather than hurt you. I know there are good people supporting Celtic who just love football, but there is certainly a part of their support that seems to have lost control and are virtually willing to punch, kick or probably even stick a knife into anything Rangers

I pretty much think Kent will be back. He is not good enough for Liverpool and Gerrard really wants him. -
The commentator also said Rangers were far younger
-
I think a lot of our older under 18's were playing for the Development game. These were obviously much younger than MU. I remember taking a first year under 16 team to a tournament. There was I with all these young small kids and we had to play a team made up fully of Turks. they walked on to the park some with full grown beards. They looked like 25 year olds to me. We lost through strength but I was pleased as technically we were by far the better team. That game reminded me of that.

Clearly see our boys are much younger. Loved the high tech coaching from the side. McClelland asking kai Kennedy why he was having to pick up a player who kept breaking through. Coaching from the side." Stop F---ing moaning and get on with it " BBC commentator then apologising for the colourful language that the mics were picking up.

If he stops acting like an idiot off the field then it may help his performances on the field. -

I agree totally with that.

I think we have had more than 40+ thousand crowds since the Souness era. It is not a flash in the pan.

Cheers mate. Obviously there is enough doubt in Rangers Lawyers mind not to take action but as a non-business person looking in it seems to me strange that it is possible to make such a contract that is obviously so one sided in favour of SD. I suppose they could argue 7pence in the pound was a good deal.
-
@Bill I believe(not sure) you were also a successful business man so you possibly know an answer to a question that I have. Is there not a law that a director of a company can't do things that will be to the detriment of the company. Why then has nobody at Rangers tried to take Derek Llambias and Somers to court. That SD contract was set up only to help one firm and it wasn't Rangers.

Nah , not really. Throw away remark. Nobody ever listens to me anyway. I do find certain people negative to in the extreme though.
