  1. Hoooo there Craig. I did say that it could be because of other players that he was playing bad but in the Hearts game it was a 1 on 1 that he got gubbed because he kept backing off. I am not saying Gasparotto is the cause of all defeats I am saying I have serious doubts he is ready for the first as people were asking for last season,
  2. Allen stating to Rotherham that he wanted to stay in Scotland will be a blow to Hibs. They would have been hoping to sell him to an English team.
  3. I think you will find I said somewhere I will judge him at what he does at Ibrox. He has begun well but his name is not even on the coat hook so I don't think I will be calling him the messiah just yet. I am very positive at what he has done up until now though. Unlike you I am willing to admit when I am wrong.
  4. Yes you can bend anything you want to suit your argument. 4 prof managers are wrong but you are right. I rest my case.
  5. You really live in a wee Vuckic nightmare world. Try googling for a good psychotherapist.
  6. Okay I will try and make it easier for you. Mark Warburton sees him in development games and training as has the three managers before him. I am sure the manager at the time was pleased to hear he was man of the tourney but he is obviously not showing enough at rangers to claim a first team spot.
  7. Sorry this post is drivel.
  8. When did i say his play in this tournament wasn't good or not an achievement? I stated in the beginning that to get into the Rangers first team he will have to play better than he is showing in matches for the Rangers development team. I stand by that point. In the games I have seen recently for the Rangers development team he has defended very poorly. I will even give him the benefit of the doubt whether it is totally his fault or due to poor defending by his team mates. In the case of the Hearts goal he is totally at fault by backing off so much to allow the Hearts player a shot at goal.
  9. I even stated in post 32 they wanted to win but tweaking the team was the main purpose.
  10. Any unofficial tournament is a build up to the real tournaments. Managers often use them to try different players and tactics.
  11. 13:31Wednesday 05 August 2015 HIBERNIAN have thrown out a £375,000 bid for Scott Allan from Rotherham. The Scotsman’s sister paper, the Evening News, has revealed that talks with the Millers are set to continue and another bid is likely before the end of the transfer window. However, it is understood that both clubs are at odds over their valuations of Allan, who scored the second goal in Hibernian’s 3-0 cup win over Montrose at the weekend. Allan, 23, submitted a transfer request last week, and is keen on a move to boyhood heroes Rangers. The Ibrox club have had three bids of £175,000, £225,000 and £280,000 for Allan rejected by Hibs, who remain adamant that the former Dundee United and West Brom midfielder is not for sale. Hibs are understood to be happy for Allan to leave on a free at the end of the season and insist that, if the player leaves before then, his destination will not be Ibrox. Rotherham boss Steve Evans told the Evening News: “Any transfer business we do will remain confidential between the clubs. “From a distance, one wonders why news of clubs bidding and not bidding gets out. We will not do that. “We will deal directly with Hibernian should we pursue any interest in Scott Allan.”
  12. Getting a stupid discussion now. We will move on.
  13. Yes also in pre-season tournaments. Yes they want to win but the fine tweaking of their training is more important.
  14. Ajax is a perfect example of you can't send young boys to do a man's job. They are just too young and inexperienced. And hey I have been telling you for Ages they don't have the best youth system in Holland.
  15. I don't understand why we never signed Gordon. Had a world class save to save the Tims.
  16. Have you not heard nearly every manager saying the result is not important it is a part of our build up. I live in Germany and watch Dutch and German TV and believe me the managers say exactly the same thing.
  17. He will be on a free in the summer but you can bet your bottom dollar Hibs are trying to sell him to anybody but Rangers as I type this. They don't want an unhappy player in their team. They just don't want to sell to Rangers.
  18. Pre-season kick abouts. Nah!
  19. He will need to play better in games that really matter.i.e League and official cup games, He will also need to deal with a 1 on 1 situations better than he did against the Hearts player.
  20. No doubt, His mother will also love him but that does not make him a Rangers first team player.
  21. Taken from the Simon Cowell book of self-righteousness.
  22. I know I shouldn't judge on some short highlights but from what I saw in the cup games last season and the highlights I have seen this season, Luca Gasparotto looks very poor. He couldn't have backed off much further at the Hearts goal. People were saying he was good enough for the 1st team last season but I just don't see it. Obviously 4 managers also didn't think so. Josh Jefferies looked quite talented in the few seconds he was filmed.

  24. Changed it !
  25. That one bad miss seemed to kill van Vossen. He really was a good player before that.
