I refuse to get too downhearted or excited by pre season matches. It's all about fitness. We have beaten the likes of Real Madrid & West Ham in pre season matches and ended up with nothing at the end of the season. Let's just hope it will all click together for the real matches.

I think our players look tired, almost as if the training has been a bit tough for them?. We have been all over the place for most of this match!.

When he is fit he will be competing with Hagi, Lammers.... MB has numerous options available, which is what he wanted. I actually don't see a fixed starting 11, which bodes well for the season ahead

Aye, he is a physical player who can hold the ball up, he can also scores goals. Great to see Roofe back. The two young lads were excellent. Lawrence making it onto the pitch is also a huge boost. Having seen the new players I don't envy MB selecting his 1st 11?.
