After that display I think the only option the board has is to bring in a top manager. Someone the fans can really back and get behind. I don't think any manager with a slim track record will be afforded the time to turn this around. This is not a time for risks, this is a time for the board to pull something spectacular out the hat and prove they can move us forward.

I actually think a more useful poll would be that you could vote for as many candidates as you like. Limiting it to just one vote per person makes it very hard to see the favourites.

I’m not convinced we will appoint anyone if we win the next two games. Out of the candidates we have a chance with Clement seems to have the best CV. A lot of the others have periods of glaringly terrible results which are unacceptable, I can’t look past Muscats period in Belgium where he achieved 2 wins in 15 games. Voting for Gallardo seems to be alike activating cheat mode, but fro what I can gather he will not be within our scope or reach.

We have serious problems if Lampard is the front runner. I’m starting to think searching for a dof should be the priority, not a manager. I just don’t trust them to appoint an appropriate manager. I do not want us to be in this same position next October.
