  1. People who want to go on walks in order to express themselves should probably do a bit of soul searching. I wouldn't ban them, personally but won't lose much sleep if someone else does.
  2. So far we've got DUP, Tommy Robinson and one bloke who spat on someone representing Unionists. Seems very objective. Don't go on divisive marches if you don't want to annoy people, is my advice. We had a vote, now give it a rest.
  3. It seems so. Have you followed the "proper channels" to ensure this is the case though, Bluedell?
  4. Potentially? Darther, you are delusional.
  5. Silly question. Why shouldn't Scottish nationalism be viewed dimly on a Rangers forum? Have you ever heard the songs at Ibrox?
  6. Imagine the Democratic Unionist Party of Ulster supporting Unionism? Incredible, isn't it. Shall we bring out the bizarre cast of characters who champion Scottish Nationalism? Hugh McDiarmid, for instance? Or Stuart Campbell? How about Michelle Thompson or Lewish Ritchie?
  7. Erm, you're on a Rangers forum. A more pertinent question might be, why are there Scottish nationalists on these pages?
  8. We'll need to get rid of most things in life then. Social media, TV, MSM etc all fit into the above description. There's nothing wrong with patriotism.
  9. One word, "passport". The UK is not a nation.
  10. Have you seen our attendance figures recently?
  11. You're suggesting Rangers is anti-RC and anti-foreigner. History would suggest otherwise. We're suggesting Rangers is pro-Union. History suggests this is the case. For the record, I don't consider myself a Royalist (nor a Republican) and I have Bear mates who regularly moan at me about this. The SNP voting Bears seem easily upset when queried, even if in a reasonable fashion. One wonders if they realise how conflicted they are and thus it is a continually touchy subject for them.
  12. I think we, as a support, need to be diplomatic and technical with any statements and queries about impropriety we make. As an individual, I find that quite impossible when it comes to the SNP, so I applaud C1872, who are doing a good job with this particular incident. I hope they keep it up.
  13. I do. These things are subjective but the examples of bias are weighing up.
  14. When several individuals who represent a political party all agitate one section of society, on a consistent basis, any conclusions about the general outlook of said party are easily reached. The SNP don't like Rangers.
  15. Don't ruin it for me, buster! ?
  16. Sport is a competition. Life isn't. Well, maybe in some respects it is but not others. Football is a waste of time if the competitive element is eliminated (which it is in some ways).
  17. There are several reasons why people in the public sphere don't admit they support Rangers. Our success and our perceived bigotry are undoubtedly the main two. Mind you, I genuinely think hardly any politicians in Scotland just now actually do support or even like Rangers. Similarly, I genuinely think everyone at SNP HQ has it in for Rangers. The songs we sing, our flags, our general demeanour ...they hate it all. And they are friends with people who despise the fact Northern Ireland is British (some of whom have been involved in terrorism against it, in fact). If that sits well with Nats among us when we're belting out Rule Britannia or an Ulster folk tune, then good luck to you. I find it a bit odd.
  18. The ScotNats on here seem to confuse dictating with in alignment. It's rather condescending.
  19. Neither have I. For some of us though, the two things (Unionism and Rangers) are in alignment.
  20. We bow to your political and football superiority.* But alas Rangers will continue to be attacked by certain parties whilst we do so. *Only joking.
  21. The thought of 20 odd thousand yahoos descending upon our capital city appalls me. Jenny Geddes will be here to fling stools at them though.
  22. I'm assuming the package will only be available to non ST holders after the 12th? It is steep but we haven't watched football of the standard at Ibrox for quite some time. I just hope I can get a ticket somewhere decent.
  23. No party represents us. And we have jobs and families etc.
