  1. Agreed der Berliner. Amazing the amount of online 'Bears' who swallow the Timmy line hook and sinker. Never criticise Rangers unless it's constructive (I realise that is subjective). The anti-King "we have no money' line, even if it were true, just don't perpetuate it.
  2. The new manager has one goal for me. Getting us back amongst the trophies and competing with the scum for the league. Simple as that.
  3. Franco hasn't been in power for 40 years. My wife is foreign and I'm always ribbing her about it. Thankfully, like me, she can take a joke. She also knows I can't stand Aberdeen FC or their betamax loving fans.
  4. I'd say the last, rather hasty, appointment is a decent excuse. Mark Allen is here this time and will recognise that it's vital we make the right appointment. Who cares what other clubs do.
  5. It's not embarrassing at all. There's no rush, so why rush into something we might regret?
  6. Well, according to twitter, McInnes was announced yesterday.
  7. I'm happy with that. Better to take time and make the right decision, particulary while Murty has the team winning.
  8. Sick comments but fans of most clubs have done it over the years. Aberdeen fans have always been tossers. No wonder living in that grey dump. I made the humorous comment about Spanish police and won't apologise for it. If you're upset by a daft comment (slagging Partick Thistle fans) on a football forum, I suggest you go to the ballet or polo instead. I remember when we all had thick skins.
  9. I agree with ascender and Bill. I'm happy for the board to take their time, as Murty is doing a decent job.
  10. I have one and love it. Comfy and classy.

    Morelos

Morelos' movement is creating space for other players, which is why we're still scoring plenty. If we're scoring 3 every week, I'm not that bothered who's scoring. He's a young lad and deserves credit for his overall play.
  12. Jack is a very one dimensional footballer. I think he's capable of more (specifically in an attacking sense) and hope he can improve with us. Boyd...just another pundit who's views I'm not interested in.
  13. I'd start with McCrorie and Alves if all four central defenders are fit.
  14. He has played for Scotland at youth level though, so you would assume he knows he's in the reckoning. Again though, I don't know enough about this lad or this instance to cast judgement.
  15. If your mum and dad are Scottish, you should play for Scotland. That's my view. I have no idea what Shiels' story is, so can't really comment on him specifically. Although anyone choosing to play for Rep of Ireland over Scotland is always disappointing.
  16. I fully agree, Tannochside. Don't rate him at all.
  17. Is his mum Scottish?
  18. My thoughts too. Maybe the kid is kiltphobic.
  19. They have only played Celtc once in Perth in that strip. Can't be an old pic. Maybe the player's shirt got ripped and he got a replacement. Remembrance Sunday is next weekend anyway, so I don't see the fuss.
  20. Sums up the Scotland support that McKay needs to say that.
  21. I remember playing Hearts there in the '98 LCF and that stand was shaking (only time I've been in that part of the ground, thankfully).
  22. It was my first Scottish Cup Final (I was 13), although I had seen a couple of Skol Cup Finals already - Cooper's free kick against Aberdeen will live with me forever...I could hear the ball hit the net from the North terrace. I liked Hampden prior to renovation. It's sub-standard now though. I enjoyed Murrayfield but it did feel like a noveĺty venue.
  23. There have been rumours of problems with the structure at the Piggery for a few years...I take them with a pinch of salt but would be quite happy if they are true.
  24. Another paranoid, delusional yahoo then. They're muliplying (like Gremins without the humour).
  25. Who wrote that crap, boabie?
