This has been my thinking since it was announced, why ask for money at this time of year, especially when it can't be paid in instalments.

The Buy Rangers Community Share Scheme is live at www.buyrangers.org

Former chairman, Alistair Johnston, has tonight invested in the RSTâ??s Community Share campaign. RST twitter page. Former chairman, Alistair Johnston, has tonight invested in the RSTâ??s Community Share campaign. The investment is welcome and fantastic to see Alistair recognising the importance of fan investment in a collective. We asked if Alistair would like to pass on some words to the Trust members and wider support. Alistair had this to say: â??Thanks for inviting me to send a message to the guys and gals of the RST which I will do with sincerity and extend to all those in the Rangers family who have been real "supporters", not just fans, of the Club throughout the turbulence of the last 18 months or so. It has been incredible that so many have remained steadfast through the muck and bullets and you and you and your friends in particular should be commended for you vigilance. As we move into a New Year it would be appropriate to remember the watch-wards that I, like many others, had embedded in my mindâ? - "Courage in the face of adversity, Ready, Aye Ready" All the best. AJ. -
It isn't even the RST, we all know who they dislike.

The question is, was he going on to TalkSport to talk about Scot Symon or Stein. If it was Stein then it doesn't say much for TalkSport. In fact, why bring Jock Steins private life into a book about Scot Symon in the first place.

Seems strange if Kelly is not Sinkys type, he is still at Auchenhowie and gets a game.

They never mention the Scottish media, who encouraged the 'sporting integrity' line.

Two partners of the accountancy firm BDO were yesterday formally appointed as the liquidators of The Rangers Football Club plc, the company that went into administration last February and whose business and assets were then sold to Sevco, who are now called The Rangers Football Club. A meeting of creditors at Glasgow's Hilton Hotel approved the selection of James Bernard Stephen and Malcolm Cohen, who now have the full powers under the Insolvency Act 1986 to begin the process of recovering funds for creditors and investigating the actions of previous directors and the administrators, Duff & Phelps. Only around a dozen creditors attended the meeting, and they also voted for the appointment of a liquidation committee, which will liaise with Mr Stephen and Mr Cohen. The committee will comprise representatives from Ticketus, Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs, as well as Andrew McCormack, chairman of the Rangers Fans Fighting Fund, Bryce Findlay and Elaine Cringle. http://t.co/jI0rEmyy

Rangers v Stirling Albion under 4000 tickets remaining
chilledbear replied to Steve1872's topic in Rangers Chat
Just bought 3 tickets. First game for a couple of years, going with son and grandson [first time at Ibrox] First game I saw at Ibrox was against Stirling Albion 58 years ago. As excited now as I was then. -
Let's hope we stand together.
