BBC Reporting 'Scotland'

Aye, I meant to say that. Shameless. It's a sad day when your choice of government is Scottish Labour or SNP.

why do you think this is, though? who's to blame? it's certainly not labour or the SNP themselves.

Without wishing to sound too much like a conspiracy theorist, it would appear from the state of our media, politics and society at large that Scotland's "Celtic-minded" made a conscious decision a decade or two ago to infiltrate our newspapers, television, political parties, police force, football association, any position of power, in numbers. How else do you explain their apparent freedom to sing about the IRA week in week out while we get pilloried for sneezing? The marked increase in IRA chanting from the bheasts in the last couple of years is no coincidence, they are fully aware now that it's one rule for us and another for them. They 'own' the BBC, the Scottish Labour Party and all but one or two newspapers. The only way to get a job at Pacific Quay if you are a white male is to produce your Sellik season ticket. Make no mistake they got well and truly found out in the aftermath of our Scottish Cup triumph in May - clear as day for all to see.

Cheers Norris.

How did they get found out in May ? What happened ? I been sleeping in a time-warp ?

Scotland is traditionally a socialist country. But the seemingly perpetual "Ah vote Labour cos ma da voted fur thum" attitude doesn't help I guess. Ultimately we get the politicians we deserve, and these people who sleepwalk to the polling booth to vote for the same old shite have a lot to answer for. Lack of a credible alternative is another factor. The Conservatives enjoyed widespread support in Scotland in the 50s but after Thatcher I can't see the Scottish people going back, other than perhaps the likes of Ayrshire, The Borders and perhaps Aberdeenshire.

I couldn't provide proof of this, but my overwhelming belief is that Protestant and unionist Scots have been far, far more apathetic than our republican friends for far too long.

Seriously ? That is simply appalling.

It was unbelievable. The only good to come out of it was that the BBC's agenda was, as I say, there in black and white for everyone to see - even if it was then quickly swept under the carpet by our esteemed Fourth Estate.

I'm not sure there are more of them in the media, certainly more than there used to be, but if you did a headcount, I'm not so sure. What you would have to do though, if there was a headcount, make sure it was a secret ballot.

That is where the bias lies, they are quite open about who they support, whereas our lot either hide it, or try to be 'fair' to both sides.

I remember a report that came out in the nineties, about the support and membership of the paramilitaries in Northern Ireland, since the beginning in 1969. It was amazing how the Loyalist side only attracted support from the Working Class, while the Republicans received support from over the whole strata of classes.

This seems to be happening in Scotland, as far as supporting Rangers is concerned.

Some interesting points chilledbear. Certainly you don't lose out in the trendy stakes by flouting your t@igery. It fits in with the liberal, PC, hand-wringing 'right-on' agenda our mhedia, and BBC in particular, is rife with. A mixture of t@ig lies, mhedia appeasement and a criminally negligent custodian and PR department at Rangers means it's a different story for those of a blue persuasion.

Arguably this country's finest QC, Donald Finlay was dragged through the gutter for singing TBB. Meanwhile Spiers' mate McGillivan is given free reign to twist, lie, fabricate, spout poison and uninhibited propaganda with complete abandon. Only in the Republic of Scotland.

The Donald Finlay episode remains the starkest illustration of how little David Murray cares for Rangers, our history, our traditions and our reputation. Only the dullards amongst us can still think this charlatan is remotely a Rangers man.

Norris, don't discount their decades upon decades of rabbit-like breeding activities. We're literally outnumbered.
