Bullard has agreed to join the Scottish giants on a 12-month loan deal after Newcastle dropped their interest in him. The former Wigan and Fulham star will undergo a medical and is expected to complete his move to Parkhead before the end of the week. Bullard would have preferred to have remained in the Premier League but Newcastle were the only club to show interest in the injury-prone star, before manager Chris Hughton decided to look elsewhere. Whats more depressing - Celtic signing Premier League players or Rangers being linked with Lee Miller??
