Whoever takes over has a massive job of getting rid of the dead wood and buying players who can mount a challenge. Celtic in for payday if Mowbray joins Boro The Parkhead club stand to benefit to the tune of �£400,000 if Middlesbrough appoint Tony Mowbray as their next manager.
