Our club needs a fresh start.

Time to thank the management, wish them well and move on.

I'd give Derek McInnes a go or Gus Poyet. That said, there's only one man who can take on Lennon and give as good as he gets - Graeme Souness. He'd come in and fire the players up no end.

I would like Holloway or Hoddle, but pigs will fly first.

Holloway I like, like his whole ethos, but to get him would require money, both for compensation and wages. Given the limited finances we have available, is that money better spent on a new managerial team or on new players?

Id probably take Strachan over McCoist at the moment but the thoughts on McCoist are guess work at the moment. He might end up being good. But agree with Juffery, Willkins along side him would be a cracking appointment.

However fresh faces would be my preference. Michael Laudrup or Martin Jol are pipe dreams.

Let's be honest, we'll be competing at the level of Derek McInnes and Jimmy Calderwood, fretting that Craig Levein would turn us down.

McInnes is a good up and coming manager. Just look at Owen Coyle - St Johnstone gave him his break in management and he hasn't looked back since.

You need to start somewhere.
